Returns & Exchange & Refund 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.

To initiate a return, kindly send us a return request via our contact form along with your order number and delivery and contact information. Please note that the item must be in its original, unopened condition, with all packaging and seals intact.

Returns without a return request form will not be accepted.

Regrettably, we cannot offer returns on sale or event items. We also cannot offer returns on international shipping items due to the high cost of returns.

Please note that I'M GORGEOUS will NOT be responsible for the costs of returning items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or event items. We also cannot offer returns on international shipping items due to the high cost of returns.

Exchanges
Please return the item you have first. And once the return is accepted by our team, place a new order for the new item.

Refunds
We will let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return. And we will notify you whether the refund was accepted or not. If accepted, this will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.


The refund payment can take some time depending on your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
